归相 PhotoPort
Terms of Use
These terms cover the PhotoPort app (归相, App Store name Albumward) and this website. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app you download from the App Store. If these terms and Apple’s terms differ on store, payment, or device rules, Apple’s terms govern those points.
The service
PhotoPort copies files you select from a Google Takeout export into Photos and records what happened to each file. It does not promise that every photo in your Google account was included in the export. Keep your own backup of the export until you have checked the result.
License
txyou grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple’s rules. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, or redistribute it.
Purchases
The free sample is limited. Full Migration is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Price, tax, and refunds are Apple’s. A demo unlock inside the sample library is not a real purchase.
Acceptable use
Use the app only with files you have the right to copy. Do not use it to infringe someone else’s copyright or privacy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as available. Import can stop because of storage, permissions, unsupported formats, or the operating system. An itemized receipt is the record of that run. txyou is not liable for loss of photos beyond the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

归相把你选中的 Takeout 导出文件复制进「照片」，并记下每一项的结果。它不能保证 Google 账号里的每一张都在导出包中。在你核对结果之前，请自己保留导出包的备份。
txyou 授予你个人的、非独占的、不可转让的使用许可。完整迁移是一次购买，由 Apple 收款和退款。示例图库里的解锁不是真实购买。请只处理你有权复制的文件。
App 按现况提供。空间、权限、不支持的格式或系统都可能让导入停下。逐项报告是这一次的记录。在法律允许的范围内，txyou 对照片损失的责任不超过你在索赔前三个月为该 App 支付的金额。
