Email support@txyou.com. Include your device, system version, and what you expected to happen. Do not send your Google password.

Prepare the export

• In Google Takeout, export Google Photos only, as ZIP files. Keep the JSON files. Add every ZIP from the same export before you scan.
• Encrypted archives, split .z01 volumes, and TGZ files are refused.
• If the free Google-to-iCloud transfer is available and fits, use that. You do not need PhotoPort for that path.

What a finished import means

• The receipt counts only the files you handed over. It is not a check of the unseen Google library.
• Identical bytes in this export become one Photos item, then join each album. Photos already on the device are not skipped automatically.
• Dates and locations are written onto the Photos item. The ZIP is not rewritten.
• Live Photos and Motion Photos are not paired. A still and a short video stay separate.
• If a write is uncertain, PhotoPort does not automatically create another original.

The free sample covers up to 100 original writes. Full Migration is a one-time purchase of com.txyou.photoport.full, sold by Apple. Restore purchases from the app’s settings. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
